About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our Business Support Team in City Safety and Health for a three-month period.

The Senior Administration Officer is responsible for delivering comprehensive customer and administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operations across the Business Support Team.

Key responsibilities include training and documenting processes, reporting and implementing process improvements, and maintaining systems and records.

This is a Band 5 classified role, remuneration will be $78,036.84 - $90,793.94 (pro-rata) (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the superannuation guarantee. 

What you will need to thrive

In order to thrive in this position you will have:

  • Significant experience in an administration role.
  • Experience in providing training and mentoring.
  • Competence in MS Office, Pathway and KX.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
