Your new role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Workplace Relations Partner to join our People, Culture and Development Team. Working with a supportive and contemporary leader focussed on your growth and development within Knox, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to employees, managers and leaders on all workplace relations matters, such as disciplinary matters, dispute resolution, employment legislation and enterprise agreement provisions. This role will have scope across strategic input to process improvement, organisational coaching, and future initiatives being carried out by the Workplace Relations team.

You will work closely with a wide range of multi-functional teams, providing insights and guidance on best practices, policies and procedures that create a positive work environment by promoting a culture of inclusivity, fairness and respect.

We have 2 vacancies, 1 x Permanent and 1 x 2 year fixed term contract. Remuneration will be Band 7 (100,461 – 112,669 p.a, pro-rata, plus superannuation in line with the Superannuation Guarantee), working full time or part time in a hybrid work environment.

What you will need to thrive

The key selection criteria for this role are:

  • Well-developed communication skills, with strong attention to detail, particularly in the provision of accurate, confidential and sensitive advice and support to senior management.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating complex end to end case management including drafting correspondence and providing advice in line with relevant to policies, procedures and legislation
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a variety of workplace investigations
  • Demonstrated experience or working knowledge in delivering change management projects including restructure and redundancy advice
