About the role

Do you enjoy building trusted relationships and helping leaders navigate people matters with confidence?
Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact every day through practical, people-focused HR support?

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Experience (PX) Partner to join our People, Culture and Development (PCD) team.

As our new PX Partner, you’ll make a difference daily by delivering timely, customer-focused advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. Your key focus will be on building strong, trusted partnerships with leaders to ensure great outcomes for employees, teams and the broader organisation. With the support of the Senior People Experience Partner, you’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day people matters — from end to end recruitment support and onboarding, data and insights, policy advice, process improvement, offboarding, and performance and development advice.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, problem-solving and working collaboratively. You’ll also play a key role in improving processes and practices that create a more consistent and positive experience for our people.

This is a full-time temporary position based at the Knox Civic Centre in Wantirna South, available for 18 months until March 2027. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.

This is a Band 6 classified role. Remuneration will be $98,353 to $107,416 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
