Your new role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Early Years Department from January 2025. As the Coordinator Early Years Partnerships you will join the Early Years Leadership Team to establish a new team that is largely focused on supporting Early Years Service Providers within the municipality to ensure the children and families in Knox can access quality services.
Working within the Strategic Planning and Partnerships Team, the Coordinator Early Years Partnerships is responsible for developing and maintaining effective partnerships with early education and care service providers and external/internal stakeholders to support the provision of and access to quality early childhood education for the children within the Knox municipality. This includes providing advice and coordinating the planning of kindergarten service delivery with stakeholders. This role provides leadership and oversight to the Early Years Partnership Team to deliver support functions to early years stakeholders both internal and external, including systems and resourcing support, procurement, leases and the Kindergarten Central Registration System.
This is a full time permanent role based at our Civic Centre however we can offer a range of flexible work options for the right candidate.
This is a Band 7 classified role, remuneration will be $107,507.54 - $120,572.47 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the superannuation guarantee.
