About the role
We have 2 casual positions to provide high quality customer service to our diverse community through implementation and delivery of our programs and events, timely response to customer enquiries and requests, and adaptability to facilitate a safe working environment. This role will require flexibility as successful applicants will be required to work across our indoor leisure centres including; the Knox Regional Netball Centre, Carrington Park Leisure Centre (inclusive of multipurpose centre) and the Rowville Community Centre.
$41.77 hourly casual role per hour depending on experience (inclusive of 25% casual loading in lieu of annual leave, personal leave & public holidays) In addition, you will receive superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
What you will bring to this role
The key selection criteria for this role are:
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
- Willingness to develop strong working relationships with our regular facility users;
- Demonstrated ability to display initiative and work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgement; and
- Ability to make decisions within agreed processes;
