About the role
Are you ready to make a real impact every day by delivering practical, people-focused HR support?
We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary full-time People Experience (PX) Partner to join our People, Culture and Development (PCD) team until early March 2027.
Reporting to the Senior People Experience Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping positive employee experiences by providing timely, customer-focused advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. Your primary focus will be building strong, trusted partnerships with leaders to achieve great outcomes for employees, teams, and the wider organisation.
With guidance from the Senior People Experience Partner, you’ll contribute across a broad range of people matters, including:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding support
- Reporting and data insights
- Policy advice and interpretation
- Process improvement initiatives
- Offboarding support

This is a temporary full time parental leave cover position (until March 2027) based at the Knox Civic Centre in Wantirna South.
This is a Band 6 classified role. Remuneration will be $98,353.35 to $107,416.64 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
What you'll bring to the role
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, legislation, and industrial agreements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve complex issues with empathy.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (PageUp/Chris21 preferred).
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
