About the role
This permanent full-time position provides tendering, contracting, and property administration support. The role involves preparing and administering procurement and tender documentation, coordinating advertising and evaluation activities, and supporting staff in the use of purchasing and contract management systems, including troubleshooting as required. It is responsible for maintaining accurate procurement records, contract registers, and property databases in line with organisational policies, as well as managing the Property Management inbox and coordinating routine property administration tasks. The position also collects and analyses procurement data to support reporting and future sourcing decisions and contributes to continuous process improvements that strengthen compliance and consistency across procurement and property functions.
This is a full-time permanent role based at the Civic Centre. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.
This is a Band 5 classified role. Remuneration will be $80,377.95 to $93,517.76 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

The key selection criteria for this role are:
- Foundational understanding of procurement principles and contract administration, or ability to learn quickly
- Basic knowledge of property administration or willingness to develop this understanding
- Strong organisational skills with ability to complete tasks accurately and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and resilience when priorities change, maintaining a positive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder support
- Customer-focused mindset with collaborative working style
