About the role 

The Organisational Development team at Knox are rebuilding after some internal movements.  The team are committed to ensuring they are proactively contributing to Knox's future success through people and skills.  Working within People, Culture and Development, this role focuses on coordinating and optimising learning, performance and OD processes, including the design and deployment of learning content, support for performance and development processes, and enablement of recognition and early career initiatives. You will work closely with your OD and People Experience colleagues to ensure organisation-wide frameworks are implemented consistently and effectively.

This role suits someone who enjoys improving systems and processes and can work collaboratively with others to affect real organisational impact. 

This is a full time permanent role based at the Knox Civic Centre. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.

This is a Band 6 classified role. Remuneration will be from $98,353.34 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee. 

What you will bring to this role  

The key selection criteria for this role are: 

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development or Learning and Development, combined with relevant experience.
  • Experience delivering contemporary, evidence-based corporate learning programs, which may include ‘in the flow of work’ solutions.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver learning content (face-to-face or e-learning), including compliance training for diverse workforces. Chameleon experience is preferred.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with focus on optimising Council’s HRIS learning and performance modules, experience with Page Up is preferred.
  • Experience working with workforce, learning or performance data to support reporting, insights and continuous improvement of organisational development processes.
