About the role

We have an opportunity to step into the role of Senior Content Producer temporarily, commencing 29 September 2025 until 28 November 2025.

The Senior Content Producer leads a team to create effective digital content that meets customer needs and helps them find what they are looking for. Working across the Knox website, intranet and social media, this is a leadership role with 3 direct reports.

This is a full-time temporary role based at our Knox Civic Centre.  We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.

This is a Band 7 classified role. Remuneration will be $110,732.77 to $124,189.64 (pro-rata) depending on experience plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

What you will bring to this role  

The key selection criteria for this role are: 

• Experience writing and creating content for websites, intranets and/or social media.
• Demonstrated ability to foster positive and collaborative relationships across Council.
• A passion for understanding customer needs through data and research.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve problems with a customer-focus.
