An exciting new full time position within the Family and Children's Service's Department at Knox City Council is now available.
This position sits within the Integrated Service and Practice Group but works across the whole department.
Family and Children's Services deliver a range of early years services to our community including:
- Long Day Care,
- 3 and 4 Year old Kindergarten
- Maternal and Child Health
- Supported Playgroup
- Preschool Field Officer program
We also work in partnerships with community organisations who deliver early years services within our facilities, such as community playgroup.
This role will work with a range of stakeholders to build networks and partnerships to increase Family Engagement within our services, as well as support family engagement skill building within the team. It will also work with our Integrated Strategy and Partnerships for Children Groups to engage with and support children and families in our community not currently accessing our services.
