Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Become our Healthy Ageing Specialist and lead transformative initiatives in our community.
In this dynamic role, you'll champion the Age and Dementia Friendly Communities initiative and deliver Healthy Ageing project work such as Seniors Exercise Parks to promote seniors’ engagement, reduce social isolation, and improve health outcomes, all while fostering digital literacy.
You will be responsible for establishing new partnerships and strengthening existing collaborations to deliver programs that enhance connection, resilience, and overall wellbeing for seniors and vulnerable populations.
Additionally, you will oversee the Knox Active Ageing Advisory Committee and manage relevant committees and volunteer teams to inform project planning, implementation, and evaluation, in alignment with Council objectives and community needs.
